Slipstream CD

Description

Order now. Ships from 30 October 2026.

Slipstream is our debut album.

It began in 2021, during the long Melbourne lockdowns, in a small home studio. Just the two of us, making art for fun, with no idea where it would lead. Some of these songs have been with us since then, changing and evolving alongside us. Others arrived much later. Somewhere along the way, we realised they had been telling one story all along.

It’s an album about love and obsession, desire and identity, and how change pulls you along whether you’re ready or not. It moves between alternative rock, trip-hop, electronica and dream pop, blending distorted guitars, deep bass, hypnotic rhythms and dreamy vocals into something intimate and intense.

In it’s variety, we’ve tried to convey all of these worlds we’ve made with authenticity, giving each song whatever it asked for, to be the truest version of itself. All together, these 11 tracks live in the universe of Slipstream. We never tried to make it fit one genre. Each song got to become whatever it needed to be.

We wrote, recorded, produced, mixed and mastered every second of it ourselves. It’s the most personal thing we’ve ever made, and after all these years, we’re so glad it’s finally yours.

Thank you for listening.
